Nordstrom Rack has horrible customer …
Nordstrom Rack has horrible customer service. Horrible ! I ordered over $700 of merchandise, which was not actually delivered by Lasership and I have proof it was not delivered by security camera. I was told by Nordstrom Rack that "the only responsibility they have to to deliver it", and referred me to the police. After reviewing the security camera, the police stated that "there is no crime here", and Nordstrom Rack has to deliver the package. Nordstrom Rack is refusing to accept responsibility for this lost package and refusing to issue a refund. I even reported them to BBB. This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I will never shop there again and I encourage you all to do the same. I'm disgusted.

Nordstrom is the worst company ever
Nordstrom is the worst company ever. I placed an order #429999254. for a bag worth $433.50 on June 17th 2023.I got a notification that my package was out for delivery on June 20th with a delivery company called UDS. I have never heard of them. Nobody rang the bell, or contacted me. I got a notification from Nordstrom that package was delivered to my mail room, not my apartment, as I had indicated my complete address as i work from home. I went to the mail room, and there was no package there for me. The courier company had left a picture with a proof of delivery that belongs to someone else and was delivered by FedEx on the 4th floor. The package has a different name on it, and was in a FedEx envelope. How does a bag fit in an envelope? I contacted Nordstrom with all the pictures and proof that my package was not delivered.but they say, they are not responsible for the courier drivers, and the update is final.Since Nordstrom has taken ot upon themselves to frustrate me this past two days for deciding to spend my money on their website.I have spoken to over 10 different people regarding this. Nordstrom says that they are not able to refund me as the package already says it was delivered. I do not know what happened to using a professional delivery company that can be accounted for. You choose to give my package to a delivery company that have not be heard of, and now you saying you do not have control over the delivery company.Do not patronize Nordstrom.They willingly steal your money.They are thieves in broad day light!!!

Nordstrom is a thief.Do not buy from them!

Came without original box or dust bags!…
I have had my eye on a pair of Bottega Veneta Bounce boots for some time but they were always out of stock in my size. I was quite excited to make the purchase and when I finally saw them on Nordstrom.com. When the shoes came in, the first thing I noticed was that they did not come in the original packing, i.e. Bottega green box nor did they have the dust bags that’s typically included with Bottega Veneta items. I was not happy nor satisfied with the condition of the presentation of the item in my order as they were just tossed in a brown shipping box as if they were previously returned. After reaching out to customer service I would given the option of just returning the boots or that they would send me a Nordstrom banned dust bag to compensate. After writing a review using a link send to me by then, I received a follow-up email that my review could not be published and that it had been moderated in which Nordstrom wanted me to remove all descriptive information about the item’s condition and packaging upon it’s arrival but rather focus on the sizing and appearance of the boots. Which substantiated the that fact that they didn’t care to take accountability for their short coming to even have sent out an item in that condition to a customer or to properly rectify the problem. Nordstrom needs to do better in delivering items as they are advertised, in a more complete and presentable fashion.

Awful Shopping Experience
Nordstrom shipped a wrong size. Unfortunately I was shopping online from another country and shipped the shoes to a friend of mine who was temporarily visiting the States, and it's only when she flew back home (another country) is that the mistake was realized. So, I paid a ridiculous amount of money for the wrong size shoes, and their customer care offered me no remedy but send the shoes back to them, which if were possible, I would've done so without complaining! What a naive mistake from Nordstrom in an Era of online shopping! With zero accountability on their side!

Non delivery of item
Ordered 2 items of jewellery. Only 1 ever arrived . Still no response after sending 3 emails, not even an acknowledgement! Rubbish customer service and also refund not given for non delivery of item.

Horrible service
Do not buy on sale ahoes online because they will keep sending you the wrong size. I bought twice the same shoes in women's size and they keep sending me in men's size. When you call customer care they tell you that you got the right size, lol I have eyes. Do not buy there. They laugh on your face.

Worst customer service
I've never been so shocked and frustrated by a company. I had a package shipped through LSO (never heard of them before) and it was marked delivered but never arrived. I reached out to customer service to let them know so I could get a replacement sent (I had ordered two sizes of the same thing to try for a wedding). Initially they were helpful and said they'd put in a claim and their team would investigate and likely refund me for the purchase then I could buy it again. Less than 12 hours later I got a notification saying it had been rejected. I called back to submit another claim and next day less than 12 hours later it was rejected again. This next time I reached out to the service team via email to get more info then I called their finance team. I was told that they reviewed and the carrier said it was delivered so that was it. No proof of delivery or anything and despite me continuing to ask they won't provide anything (I suspect they have nothing). But their email follow up told me I could submit a police report for my "stolen" package. It wasn't stolen and it never arrived. I am in complete shock and awe that the company did not (as they said) have insurance with the carrier and are choosing to not replace my $300 order. Won't be shopping here again and if you ever order online ship it to the store (or just shop elsewhere)

Quality of service falling
My last three experiences shopping at Nordstroms has not been pleasant. I am a regular customer, and I'm surprised by the quality of service. For my first shopping experience, I ordered a pick up order and asked for it to be gift wrapped. Just in case before giving the gift, I checked to see that I received the correct item. The eyeshadow palette I bought had eyeshadow smeared all over it. It was not presentable as a gift. I had to go back the next day and ask for a refund. My second shopping experience is an item I ordered that was delivered to the wrong address. It was delayed twice, and then when I received a delivery notice, it was said to be delivered in a different city. I had to call customer service and ask for a refund. My third experience is from a Nordstrom gift I received. The gift came with no barcode sticker, and no order number/gift receipt. I do not like the item and I want to return it, but I can't because I don't know what the order number is. I called customer service and they told me I have to contact the sender to get the order number. I'm very disappointed at the quality of service Nordstrom is offering. This was always my go to department store for orders, but now it looks like I need to start shopping somewhere else.
